Grit Gives Back
Grit is committed to giving back to philanthropies where we can make a difference. Our team believes that doing so is good business and that means more than writing a check.
Grit Productions donated time and equipment to Make-A-Wish North Texas to help produce the Welcome & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of their beautiful new facility in Addison, Texas. It was an exciting and moving event attended by community partners, sponsors and leaders, Make-A-Wish executives, and even special guest, Linda Pauling, mother of the first Wish Kid, Chris Greicius. This special place is now home to people that dedicate their lives to bringing joy. There will undoubtedly be magic made inside these walls for future generations. It was a wish come true for Grit to be a part of this program!

In 2018 Grit Productions was asked to get involved in the Tribute to Valor Weekend, benefiting Gold Star families and furthering character development programs in local schools. Grit respectfully donated our time, talent and equipment into producing the The Medal of Honor Gala, a very moving and exciting event. Fourteen of the living 73 Congressional Medal of Honor recipients were in attendance. Dallas/Fort Worth TV personality, Scott Murray, served as emcee, Lee Greenwood as headline entertainer, and Robert Irvine as celebrity chef.

We were excited to have the opportunity to work with the Red Cross on the 100-year anniversary of the Texas Gulf Coast Region chapter. The celebration took place on the final day of an event we produced for Goodman Manufacturing. This allowed Grit to utilize a set and production that the Red Cross had never experienced which made their centennial celebration unique.

Grit was honored to produce the fall fundraiser for Hope Supply Company at The Alfred and Juanita Bromberg House, a beautiful estate in the heart of Dallas, Texas. The house was built in 1939 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Hope Supply is a foundation that was founded in 1989 to meet the critical needs of homeless children across North Texas by providing necessities including diapers, clothing, school supplies, toys and programs to enhance their lives.
